David Scheuring is an entrepreneur and experienced financial services executive who helps individuals and businesses recognize overlooked opportunities and identify practical paths forward.

He is the principal of DSquared Mortgage Capital, a private mortgage note investment firm. DSquared works with individuals who hold privately created real estate notes and are considering their options, as well as investors seeking opportunities in performing mortgage debt.

David is also the founder of Opportunity Points Systems, a lead conversion and revenue enhancement company. OPS helps businesses turn more of their generated leads into conversations, appointments, and revenue through timely, consistent engagement.

Through his affiliation with Oaktree Funding Corp., David also works with Realtors interested in the Agent RELO Program—an opportunity to create an additional income stream from the client relationships and transactions they already manage.

Earlier in his career, David spent more than four decades in senior operational and strategic roles within the financial services industry, with responsibility across operations, technology, client service, and business development.
